August 18 Shop Drop

Some may recall the Ch-ch-ch-ch changes post in Broom’s in Broom’s Blog a little over a year ago in which we promised to be a little more creative and mix up how we go about making our brushes available for purchase. We did try to do a bit of that for a while, but mostly drifted back into the practice of 1-3 releases per month with Flickr previews 1-3 days in advance.

We still like doing those and don’t have a plan to abandon them. Just the same, we’ve come around again to a sense that we need to try some different approaches. So, that’s what we’re going to do.

We have 17 new brushes made and ready to turn loose. Look for them to drop in the shop at about 2:00 PM Central (Kansas City time) today (Saturday, August 18). There will not be a preview. Represented Knot Codes include 2CLSB5, SCLSD5, SCLSE5, and 2CWHD5. These are, in my opinion, all great knots.
