Next release date

We're aiming for Sunday, November 6, probably in the early afternoon Kansas City time. 

I'll post further details (e.g., more-or-less exact time) as we resolve them. Note that this is the first time we'll manage a release from dual sites (KS and OR), so please make allowances if we have to work out some kinks in the process.
